How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 4 hours. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible as your order is being processed. You can then use your right to return your order.

How do I shorten my belt?
You can easily shorten your belt yourself by following these steps:
1. Cut off the excess belt length on the buckle side.
2. Attach the buckle to the belt by closing the lever.
3. Enjoy your perfectly tailored Bella Belt!

How much should I cut off to shorten my belt?
This varies per person. We recommend determining your waist size and then gradually cutting the belt bit by bit until you find the perfect length.
There are also guidelines on the inside of the belt to help determine how much to cut off. This ensures you achieve the perfect length every time you wear the belt!
What materials are the belts made of?
We use high-quality split leather for our standard belts. This means that the outer/visible parts of the belt are made entirely of natural cow leather, while the inside is manufactured from reinforced material.
Our vegan belts are completely free from animal materials, made from high-quality vegan leather that mimics the look and feel of real leather. We guarantee that both the exterior and interior are made from 100% vegan materials. This approach extends the lifespan of the belt and makes our products as environmentally friendly as possible.
The buckles are made from high-quality metal, ensuring their durability.
Does the belt come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer every customer a 10-year warranty on the belt.
If you encounter any issues with the belt (which is very unlikely), we will replace it with a brand new Bella Belt, free of charge.
How do I take off my belt?
Removing your Bella Belt is easy:
Gently pull on the lever on the side of the buckle, and the belt can easily be slid out.
Are the belts nickel-free?
No, our belts may contain small traces of nickel. While we do our best to minimize the amount of nickel, we cannot guarantee that they are completely nickel-free. If you have a nickel allergy, we recommend considering this when making your purchase.
