Shipping & Tracking

Bella Belts ships orders through trusted carriers and offers free shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details. This tracking information confirms that your order has been handed over to the carrier and is on its way to you.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary due to local carriers, customs processing and the destination country.

For EU orders shipped from outside the European Union, applicable VAT and customs duties may be collected at checkout or handled through our carrier or customs process.

Customers should not be charged again for taxes or duties already collected or settled. If an unexpected customs payment is requested, please contact us before making the payment.

Additional local taxes, brokerage charges or government fees not collected or handled by Bella Belts may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law.

Bella Belts is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, incorrect customer information or failure to comply with lawful import requirements. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours after placing your order. After this timeframe, or once your order has entered processing or shipping, we can no longer guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible.

This operational cancellation window does not limit any statutory right of cancellation or withdrawal, including the rights available to EU consumers through our electronic withdrawal function.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
